Creative Process

MatchPoint Partners pitched the idea to create short video segments to address frequently asked questions of a recruiter and human resources consultant. MatchPoint Partners developed the casual “Q&A with J.A.” segment to have that “stopped by your desk to ask a quick question” feel. The features were done at a desk, without graphics, and filmed vertically to optimize for mobile. The video approach aligned with the Proximity Partners brand, the friendly and accessible values of the human resources industry and being people-first driven.
