Creative Process

Proximity Partners enlisted the services of MatchPoint Partners to develop downloadable resources targeted to small business owners, specifically to assist them in recruiting and hiring talent independently. Our work on this project encompassed the entire creative process, from content ideation to copywriting and graphic designing of each digital resource. We crafted HR templates and checklists to support the complete recruitment and hiring process of strategic planning (what role to hire first), best practices (job description and interview questions), and employee onboarding. Additionally, we structured the digital content to serve as both lead generation documents and as a supplemental toolkit for an online recruiting course the client offered.
