Creative Process

Grateful engaged MatchPoint Partners to lead interviews and write case study features for select customers. We executed the entire project management scope on behalf of the company, from developing the questions and case study layout to conducting the interviews for the monthly recurring project. Following customer discussions, MatchPoint Partners crafted a storyline to highlight the client company, their challenge, the solution the Grateful software provided, and the customer’s results from using the platform. MatchPoint Partners handled all the copywriting and approvals, and added each case study to the Grateful website through the Webflow platform editor access. Grateful uses the case studies as examples of ways customers utilize their software and presents similar customer profiles in new business calls. In addition, MatchPoint Partners repurposed the case study content into social media features to highlight current customers as part of a social proof marketing strategy.
